Aerovec has identified several opportunities where distributed wind energy would solve specific customer problems, address current unmet or emerging needs to mitigate the worst effects of climate change. The compact rotor design of the Aerovec wind turbine is advantageous where the wind or other conditions may not be ideal at the point of need, such as for disaster relief, rooftops on commercial buildings, or locations of farms and rural businesses.
